What to Expect During Our 60 Minutes Together
Every session is unique, because you’re unique. We’ll begin by dropping into presence and tuning into where you're at mentally, emotionally and creatively. You’re welcome to come with a specific issue or we can explore what naturally unfolds. I’ll listen deeply, ask intentional questions, and offer grounded reflections to help you see things from a new angle.
This isn’t about fixing or forcing, it’s about remembering your power to choose, create, and realign. Depending on what comes through, I might suggest creative practices, mindset shifts, energetic insights, or tangible next steps to help you move forward. You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected.
How to Prepare
There’s nothing you need to do ahead of time, but if you’d like to set the tone, I recommend reflecting on what feels unclear, misaligned, or creatively blocked. You might want to journal about this.
Bring a pen and notebook if you like to take notes, but most importantly, just bring yourself. This space is for you to be honest, human, and real. No performance. No pressure. Just a powerful, present conversation designed to Guide you towards your creative truth.
